1. License Grant
Gnarly Corners Railroad grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Track Sync application on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 device, subject to the terms below.

2. Authorized Use
You may use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may modify image or audio files included with the app for your own use, but:
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the app's source code.
• You may not alter or modify the core code of the app in any way.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or rehost the app through any means.
By installing this app, you agree that you downloaded it only from https://gnarlycorners.com. This app should not be obtained from any other source.

3. Account and Data Collection
Track Sync requires a Gnarly Corners account. The app may collect and store the following information you provide:
• Username
• Display Name
• Password (securely stored)
• Profile Information
• Steam Username
• Discord Username
• User-submitted content (e.g., metadata entries, chat logs)
No other data is collected. Data is only used to enable features within the app and server.

4. Internet Connectivity
Track Sync requires an active internet connection to function. It does not distribute or link to any game content, keys, or external platforms. It is used solely for managing and restarting Gnarly Corners Railroad servers.

5. Updates
The app may receive updates, which will be made available for download at no cost from the official website, https://gnarlycorners.com. Updates may include security improvements, bug fixes, or new features.

6. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this agreement, particularly regarding redistribution or code modification. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Track Sync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gnarly Corners Railroad is not liable for any damage, loss of data, or issues arising from its use.

8. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Track Sync, you agree to this End User License Agreement.
